Where to start
For account-specific issues, the first stop is always the official BC.GAME live chat (bottom-right of the site, 24/7) and the email support [at] bc.game. We don't have access to your account, balance, or KYC documents.
This page exists because most issues fall into a small set of patterns. Knowing what to send first usually saves a day or two.
1. KYC verification stuck
Standard KYC at BC.GAME is processed within 24–72 hours. If yours has been pending longer, the cause is almost always one of:
- Glare or cropping on the ID photo. All four corners must be visible. No part of the document number can be cut off. Re-shoot in daylight, no flash.
- Selfie doesn't match the ID name. Make sure the name on your profile, ID, and payment method are identical (including middle name).
- Address proof too old. Utility bill / bank statement must be issued within the last 90 days. Aadhaar address pages also work.
- Source-of-funds request. For larger withdrawals (~₹500,000+ equivalent) the operator may ask for a salary slip or crypto purchase receipt. Send a screenshot from your exchange showing the same amount and a date that pre-dates the deposit.
Ask support specifically which step is failing — they can usually tell you in one message instead of generic "your documents are under review".
2. Withdrawal delayed
If a crypto withdrawal is past 1 hour, ask support for the on-chain transaction hash. Once you have a TXID, you can verify it on a blockchain explorer (Tronscan for TRC20, Etherscan for ERC20). Funds in pending state with a real TXID are arriving — it's a network issue, not the operator.
3. Bonus didn't credit
Most BC.GAME welcome bonuses auto-attach, but they can be missed if:
- You opted out during signup (some quick-signup flows hide the bonus checkbox).
- Your first deposit was below the minimum tier threshold (830 INR for tier 1).
- You used a different promo code that overrode the welcome offer.
Bonus disputes are usually resolved if you message support within 24 hours of the deposit. After that, the system marks the offer as expired.
Wagering progress is real-time
Bonus balance and wagering progress are visible in Profile → Bonuses. If you don't see the bonus there at all, it was never attached — flag it. If you see it with 0% wagering despite play, check if your game is actually eligible (live tables and some jackpot slots usually contribute 0%).
4. Account locked
Common reasons:
- Self-exclusion that you forgot about. If you set 6-month self-exclusion, the account stays locked until the term ends. Cannot be reversed.
- Multiple accounts on one IP/device. Operator T&Cs allow only one account per person/household. Unlocks usually require a written explanation and KYC re-verification.
- Suspected bonus abuse. Same fingerprint signing up multiple times to claim welcome bonuses. Funds typically forfeit.
- Restricted territory. If you accessed from a banned country (USA, UK, etc.), the operator can lock and refund the original deposit (without bonus winnings).
5. How to escalate
- Live chat first. Get a ticket reference. Save the chat transcript.
- Email follow-up within 48 hours, citing the ticket reference.

- Independent dispute resolution. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru offer free mediation services for crypto casino disputes. They contact the operator directly and most claims are resolved within 14 days.
What we can and can't do
- Can: point you to the right tools, give realistic timelines, share what's worked for other players, and call out scams.
- Cannot: access your account, release a withdrawal, reverse a bonus decision, or speak to BC.GAME on your behalf. We are an information site, not an agent of the operator.
Spotting fake support
BC.GAME support never asks for your password, two-factor code, or wallet seed phrase. They never DM first on Telegram, Twitter, or Discord. If someone posing as "BC Game support" messages you out of nowhere offering to "help unlock" or "speed up" your withdrawal in exchange for a fee — it's a scam. Block and report.
